Summary/Abstract: The present concerns for investigation, incrimination and sanctioning of the organized crime are more contemporary as ever, also justified by the fact that the great majority of the legislative creations in the matter of organized criminality, generally, and of its sub-domains, particularly - either trafficking in human beings, trafficking ammunition, terrorism or money laundry - are relatively recently adopted therefore perfectible.
