Summary/Abstract: The crime generated by drug consumption, by way of its social, economic, medical, cultural and politic consequences, inflicts significant damages to the general interests of society, it encroaches upon the life and health and citizens and it may engender a hardly reversible social instability; for this reason, preventing and combating illicit trafficking and consumption of drugs are constant concerns of contemporary society.
