Summary/Abstract: Trafficking in human beings, as a national crime phenomenon and transnational, constitutes a serious violation of the human rights, an impairment of the dignity and integrity of human beings, but also a threat to the individual security, social and moral values. This kind of criminality directly affects the individual, by the direct impact it has over one of the fundamental rights of the human being – the individual freedom – bat, at the same time, the community bears the negative influences resulted by creating some criminal mechanisms which generate significant illegal profits, affecting the economic stability and the regional security.
