EXPORTS OF AGRI-FOOD PRODUCTS AND PRODUCTION OF POLISH AGRICULTURE – A FINITE DISTRIBUTED LAG MODEL

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between the agro-food exports and production of the Polish agricultural sector. The export impact on agricultural production was assessed by using methods of time series analysis. Because of limited number of observations and possible problem of multicollinearity at the stage of estimation of a finite distributed lag model the Koyck transformation was employed as an alternative to ad hoc procedure for selection the structure of distributed lag model.
