Summary/Abstract: The article aims to highlight the importance of quality services and implemented in this research area, which have an impact on further investigation and were received by current and potential customers. These test methods show how the quality of service is a complex process that can be analyzed in different ways. It examples of the activities and the difficulty to maintain the quality of services illustrate how important it is to ensure customer satisfaction.
