Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the objectives, tasks and basic functions and conditions of functioning of Polska Fundacja Ekologiczna [Polish Ecological Foundation]. Foundation’s economic and financial results are evaluated on the basis of the balance sheets and income statement. The paper also indicates the need of further improvement of the logistics and marketing tools in the functioning of the foundation, especially in the organization of cyclical environmental fair.
