Summary/Abstract: Regarding the institution of “taking measures of protection in casesof preventive arrest during the investigation, the New CriminalProcedure Code has mostly taken over, the provisions from theprevious Criminal Procedure Code (1969). The authors analyzes theabove mentioned institution, presenting certain critical aspects andproposing some improvements of the new regulation.
