Professional careers of graduates of a Faculty of Management of Warsaw Management University in the context of specialities

Summary/Abstract: This study is introducing the findings concerning the change a professional position after having a university degree with reference to the speciality and he is answering a question, whether the kind of the speciality is affecting the employment status of graduates. The following aspects of the change of a professional position were provided with the examination: getting the promotion, possibility of assuming seniorities, change of the amount of remunera tion, change of the work on better, increasing the number of situations vacant, recognizing the employer, the influence of the peeled speciality on the change of general financial circumstances. Findings are confirming the influence of the peeled speciality on the employment status of graduates.
