Summary/Abstract: Organisational communication isn’t what it used to be. The transformation from vertical to network society has changed communication requirements to organizations. Today more than ever organizations realize the fact they can’t exist in communication vacuum. On the contrary, to bring their mission to life and realize their goals they have to strategically communicate and engage with their environment.
