Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is analysis of the number of transactions on the secondary housing market during the different phases of business cycle. The analysis was conducted on the base of data for quarters of 2006–2012. The data came from notarial deeds from 2006–2012 referring to the transaction on the secondary housing market in Szczecin in Klonowica-Zawadzkiego housing estate. The apartment attributes were examined in time. Additionally the whole set of transactions was divided into homogeneous group according to the apartment attributes in order to examine the stability of buyers preferences.
