Summary/Abstract: The report presents the forms of building a communication field between politicians and the public. Emphasis is placed on the elements of effective public speech, word „segmentation”, blog communication and "dialectal reduction." Problems of designing the space of dialogue in political communication and its impact in the public domain are drawn.
