Summary/Abstract: Good relationship between enterprise and its employees build their greater commitment to work, which affects the economic dimension of the company. The article aims at identifying – with reference to the idea of corporate social responsibility – what is the importance of building such relationships between enterprises in Poland and their employees. The paper has a theoretical-empirical character. In the theoretical part author indicates the basic reasons to build good company-workers relationships, which are equivalent to the responsible treatment of employees. Empirical part – in the light of available results of survey – looked at the range of companies’ engagement in this field. The summary contains the conclusions of the analysis.
