Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present an innovative business model based on crosssectoral cooperation centered around a common purpose, in which the various parties pursue their own benefits taking into account the public interest and the principles of corporate social responsibility. Innovative business model is shown using the case study method for creating a complex for seniors, thanks to the cooperation of the Association Economic Pisz, public administration and the Maritime Academy in Gdynia.
