Summary/Abstract: Implementation of the concept of corporate social responsibility requires the involvement of stakeholders. It is necessary to determine the roles that the various stakeholders be available at this process. The purpose of this article is to identify who should accrue to the role of initiating and creating the concept of corporate social responsibility in the local community. To achieve the objective of the article, the author used The Golden Triangle Concept (GTC). GTC explains the mechanisms necessary to engage stakeholders in the implementation of the concept of social responsibility. Particular importance is suitable according to GTC local governments and universities. This paper presents the practical application GTC as an example of cooperation Gdynia Maritime University and the cities and municipalities Sztum.
