Summary/Abstract: Showing factors affecting the scope of using the human capital of enterprises Poczta Polska S.A. is a purpose of the article. Author on the example of the Koszalin region is describing the opinion poll of employees about their role in the process of providing postal services. The analysis of allows to deduce a conclusion, that creating the unique structure of sources, which allows to the realization of adopted purposes requires a process fitted to the specificity of the human capital. In the presented case satisfying needs and the constant development of employees are playing key importance.
