Summary/Abstract: Relationship between planning in small enterprises is widely described in the literature, however the results of the researches conducted in last 30 years are inconclusive. Their ambiguity is largely a result of the different measurements used by researchers. Conducted in Pomerania region clearly indicated a lack of links between planning and operation of the enterprise.
