The role of perspective of stakeholders in the strategic management of health care facility on the example of health care in Puławy

Summary/Abstract: Changes in health care requires the involvement of all entities within the system. Therefore, it is important to identify all stakeholders of health care institutions. The aim of the article is to present the concept of stakeholders in the strategic management of health care institutions and the practical use of the example of the Independent Public Healthcare in Puławy. For the purposes of implementing and monitoring the effects of the strategy the article presents the perspective of stakeholders for the Balanced Scorecard.
