NECESSITY COMPLETION OF RESTRUCTURING (TRANSITION) DOMESTIC COMPANIES IN FUNCTION DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND OVERCOME THE ECONOMIC CRISIS

Summary/Abstract: World’s major economies for several years in an economic crisis with mild signs of exiting the recession. Since less of the national economy, such as the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina, dependent on large national economies, their recovery from the recession is slower. How does the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina might resist the global economic crisis and to speed up the way out of the recession? It is this work should point out that way, and that is the development of entrepreneurship. We have witnessed that entrepreneurship in the world on a constant rise and contributes significantly to the economic development of the societies in which it operates. However, for the development of entrepreneurship need to be able to market economy development. Unfortunately, the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina is still screwing into the transition process that is taking place very slowly and inefficiently, which will result in an even greater burden in overcoming the consequences of the global economic crisis. To start the development of the enterprises will be necessary to fully complete the transition process (restructuring) of domestic enterprises in ownership, management, market, financial and programmatic sense and to train them for market economy development.
