Summary/Abstract: Modern enterprise needs future capital which is understood as products (services) to be sold in the future as well as future business opportunities. Major challenge to the 21st century management is to propagate changes understood as a chance, a not a threat, and following new trends, which entails taking chances efficiently and effectively. What is typical of successful organizations is most of all the ability to treat chances as a method for surviving and growing.
