Summary/Abstract: In recent years research organization more confident take into account cultural elements designed to maintain order and harmony in the entities. The company’s success is built on the basis of a certain level of employee engagement, which affects the efficiency of the organization. However, to be able to speak about the effectiveness of the organization should be aware of how to build or stimulate. The article is an attempt to answer the question of how culture can play a significant role in shaping the efficiency of the organization.
