The predictability of criminal law regarding the componing elements of the material side in the case of some crimes

Summary/Abstract: The general formulations which are mainly used in writing a law do not allow all the time to fulfill the demands imposed by the principle of predictability and, therefore, the jurisprudence of the Strasbourg Court constantly showed that this demand is fulfilled when, in order to determine the meaning of the law, we can appeal to professional opinions expressed in the doctrine or when the judiciary practice shows which are the components sanctioned by criminal law.
