VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COOPERATION WITH EMPLOYERS IN SUBREGIONS OF ZACHODNIOPOMORSKIE VOIVODESHIP

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze the co-operation of vocational education with employers in the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship on the basis of the results of the survey. The analysis was carried out on the basis of a survey being a part of a study commissioned by the Regional Labour Office in Szczecin in 2014. The quantitative studies were realized by means of a diagnostic survey method with a questionnaire and CATI and PAPI techniques. The survey was conducted based on a questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of closed, open or partially open questions. Respondents evaluated the various aspects of running a vocational school. Particular attention was paid to the cooperation of educational institutions with employers. The results of the study were presented by subregions of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship.
