Summary/Abstract: The passing processes of the globalization and dynamic changes create new conditions at the market. Current question is changes in business ruling with services in tourism area. The goal of this research is to analyse and make valuation of level of effectiveness in restaurant services in hospitality firms and to outline the direction and as a result of that it will increase their effectiveness. In the process of analyzing we will reach the following conclusion, that the present organization of attending tourists is not enough effective.
