AN ATTEMPT OF THEORY CONSTRUCTION OVER THE ONTOLOGY OF MANAGERIAL REALITY OF SOCIETIES: CRITICS OF THE IDEAMETRIC HYPOTHESIS WITH BELIEF AND CULTURE

Summary/Abstract: The material circumstances of central capitalist countries, may not demonstrate the same terms with developing and underdeveloped nations which are in different material circumstances as they are at a different capital accumulation stage of capitalism and therefore managerial realities need not to be the same. This definition which is called as Ideametric is being taken under multi-disciplined due diligence analysis. In this study according to the Ideametric hypothesis, a comprehensive analysis is done in order to unravel veils over ontology of managerial reality with a comprehensive approach. Our argument is that in order for Ideametric to reach a potentiality of being a theory making a paradigm shift, there need to cover culture and religion alongside other elements in the analysis. It is found that, in order to become a theory more research is needed that should take into account religion and cultural aspects of societies.
