THE SITUATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE MODERN LABOR MARKET

Summary/Abstract: The issue of the young people situation preparing and entering the modern labor market is still valid and raises a lot of controversy. Until such a large interest in this issue contributes on the one hand still rapidly changing situation in the not entirely well-established characteristic of the economy to the free market. On the other hand, offering education to such a large dynamic changes are manifest itself on this dynamic market has not kept pace with the real (often temporary) needs and requirements of employers. This situation causes a lot of tension and problems inducing both: education as well as representatives of the labor market to constantly seek for optimal solutions. Therefore, in this article once again was taken attempt to show the conditions affecting this situation and diagnose the challenges that are addressed to the labor market entities as well as educational objective change in the situation of young people entering the job market and the functioning of the so-called: period of social and professional adaptation.
