An essay for the national Woman. Gergana and "Gergana" in the focus of the critical discourse

Summary/Abstract: The essay challenges the interpretive reading of the poem "Izvorat na Belonogata" ("The Spring of the White-legged Maiden") - an emblem text of an emblem author in the Bulgarian poetry of XIX century. It comments in comparison of also emblematic critical narratives by Boyan Penev and Toncho Zhechev. It attempts to recognize them in the voices of critical debate in the last 15 years, observes the convergence and differentiation of the studies of the two researchers. It searches the implications of the critical discourse in the mirror of the academic audience and the author's lecturer practices.
