Summary/Abstract: The XIIth issue of the Religious Philosophical Articles is dedicated to the 100th birthday of Haralds Biezais that is to be celebrated on 10, July, 2009. Haralds Biezais was not only a prominent religious scholar but also the first editor of the the re-established journal Religious Philosophical Articles. Celebratings this important aniversary we offer to our reader to return to the pre-war Latvia, when the sholarly interests of Haralds Biezais just started to take shape; we publish his article Dynamic Character of Historical Truths, that was printed for the first time in the dramatic year for Latvia – 1940, but that has not lost its intensity and actuality at present.
