Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to reveal the effects of managers’ ethical leadership behaviors on the health personnel’s organizational justice perceptions. Data was gathered by a questionnaire applied to the 204 health personnel who work for a public hospital in the province of Yozgat. In the study, while the Ethical Leadership Questionnaire which evaluates the ethical leadership in four dimensions including climate, communicative, behavioral and decision making was used to measure the ethical leadership behavior; the perceptions of organizational justice were evaluated by Organizational Justice Scale consisting of procedural, interactional and distributive dimensions. According to the results of the study, the dimensions of the ethical leadership affect all three dimensions of the organizational justice. The results show that the dimensions of the ethical leadership explain 47.7% of the variance of the procedural justice, 57.1% of variance of the interactional justice and 43% of the variance of the distributive justice.
