Summary/Abstract: This study is realized to determine the perceptions about the influential factors of consumers by hospital selections. In addition it is searched in the study if there is a meaningful difference in statistical view between the social-demographic properties of consumers and their perceptions about the influential factors by hospital selections. By the search it is used the questionnaire form/survey as data collection tool/for data collection. The universe of the search realized between the 15th of April and 30th of April are forming people who are staying in the province Kırıkkale. The data of 579 persons is used in the search. The general coefficient of (inner) consistence of the used scale is found as 0,816.According to the findings which are achieved in the search, the highest by the influential factors for hospital selections stand in line as; cleanliness of the hospital (4,47±0,75), the quickly and timely preparing of registration transactions (4,42±0,81), the presence of a specialist physician (4,39±0,83) and a sufficient informing about the disease (4,32±0,81). The least factor by hospital selections of consumers is found as the gender of physicians and nurses (2,63±1,50).
