Summary/Abstract: The article contains a short description of communication methods such as interviews, meetings, Lessons Learned sessions, moderation, surveys, ideas boxes . Research results about frequency of use of communication methods constitute the main part of the article. The author resolved the research problem through the realization of three tasks: the calculation of the percentage of companies using a given communication method, the calculation of the percentage of companies using given communication method with the certain frequency in the year, research of communication methods use factors. When researching communication methods use factors the Author took into account the number of employees in an organization, respondent’s position, department of organization he or she worked for etc.
