Research project in educational project. How PhD students plan activities using the project method?

Summary/Abstract: Depending on expression or on author, the project in education may be considered as a method or as a strategy of teaching (Nowacki et al., 1999). In literature project is also located among groups of methods that are called inquiry based learning (Bransford et al., 2000).Teaching methods based on inquiry are becoming more popular, even in academic teaching. This paper presents an analysis of 25 projects elaborated by PhD students of the Faculty of Biology, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where the research project was a component of the educational project, and the whole was proposed as activities for students of the same faculty.
