Summary/Abstract: Permanent increase in the use of individual transport intensifies the congestions and drop of quality of live in the city. The desire to reduce the negative effects of individual travel requires not only the use of organizational and legal changes but communications behaviours of residents. This article presents the basic steps of communications behavioural changes and instruments to support this change.
