Summary/Abstract: Disputes involving the situation of minors include, where specially provided by civil legislation, a psychosocial investigation report, which at this time is made by the guardianship authority, namely the general direction of social assistance and child protection. The psychosocial investigation report is one of the evidence given within the trial, which in conjunction with the other evidence ultimately leads to the adoption of a measure that correspond to the fundamental principle of the best interests of the child. While conceptually this report should combine the findings of a social worker and a psychologist, in practice, its development falls only in the charge of the social worker, without a psychological evaluation.
