Summary/Abstract: The present case showed a marked potential for bringing into focus a rare situation in the practice of the Court, namely one that combined the right to a fair hearing with prohibition of discrimination on religious grounds; nevertheless, the Court rejected the application. The Court noted that the applicants were not diligent in obtaining enforcement of favourable court decisions and brought no proof on the discrimination allegations. Moreover, in the Court’s opinion, the bailiff made a correct assessment of the potential danger posed by the conflictbrought on by enforcement, and duly declared further proceedings impossible.
