Academic education in relation to the realities of the labour market - possibilities and perspectives of young people

Summary/Abstract: The study is an analysis of the literature in the area of the challenges for contemporary higher education, young people and graduates in terms of the functioning in the permanently changing realities of the labour market. Those challenges are the consequence of, among others, the transformation of the education market as well as the evolution of the labor market. As a result of the analysis, the author indicated perspectives of development for young people and their role in the process of higher education.
