Summary/Abstract: The teenager makes notably efforts to know his own interests, inclinations and aptitudes, being capable to make mature decisions. Self-sabotage resulted from so¬cial anxiety during learning, accumulation of abilities and knowledge, useful for the career training, can lead to difficulties in clarification of vocational identity. In this regard, we discussed at theoretical level the vocational identity phenome¬non as a base of successful training career and the social anxiety phenomenon which creates difficulties in awareness and clarification of abilities, professional skills and knowledge needed to be chosen.
