THE ISSUE OF THE RENEWAL OF THE CHURCH IN LIGHT THE THEOLOGICAL EVOLUTION VIEWS OF HANS KÜNG

Summary/Abstract: In the completing of this dissertation, we can observe clear evolution in the theological Hans Küng’s vision, concerning the renewal of the Church. The most striking fact, in which in the first stage of the theological activity of the discussed author of the renewal of the Church is going to be finished on the foundation of the person of Christ, it was to be decided reform and not extremely understood revolution, meanwhile in the later period of activity there is more and more sounding the echo of „own ambitions”, rejecting what was close and important in the early years of theological reflection. Quoting the French theologian de Lubac: „When the Spirit is leaving, the theology is becaming the „critical function” and the priestly ministry a „profession”- despite the will it wansts to refer these words directly not only to the evolution of the views of theologian from Tübingen, but before all to the way in which he practises theology itself that too much emphasis only the function of „duty critic”.
