Anatomy of imperfectness – how a low quality of medical law impacts on legal position of physicians

Summary/Abstract: The article brings up a subject of low quality medical law’s impact on legal position of physician. The text points out problems such as among others: mutual contradiction in terms, dysfunctionality of provisions and lack of their correct counterparts. It should be noted that theprovisions are addressed to entities who do not hold a higher education diploma in law. Therefore,they are not able to reconstruct a proper legal norm. It often leads to conflicts in a relation between the physician and a patient.
