The role of the Supreme Medical Court in shaping the judicature of medical courts

Summary/Abstract: The article describes the role of the Supreme Medical Court in interpreting the provisions of the Medical Chambers Act and the Code of Medical Ethics. This it influences the jurisprudence of the district physician courts, whose task is on the one hand to strengthen the correct attitude of the physicians and on the other hand to criticize behaviors, which adversely affect the occupation of the physician. Without losing sight of these important issues, the authors of the selected examples of NSL decisions point out procedural errors that significantly affect the content of judgments.
