Summary/Abstract: In this article teachers’ job stress and its main approach in different science are analyzed. Management, ergonomic, psychological aspects of work is analyzed often in today studies. Research results show that teachers feel lack of social support, meet big teaching workload. Sources of occupational stress motivate to research stress influence on pedagogical work, its prevention and management means. So it is important to have a look at theories and attitude to the problem of teachers’ stress. Teachers’ stress conceptualizes external and internal factors, individual characteristics, anxiety features and outcomes.
