Summary/Abstract: It is very important for enterprises and managers, who are representatives of their enterprises to be fair and trustworthy in order to earn their employees' commitment. It is expected that managers should show truthfulness and consistency in their words, actions and behaviors, or in other words show personal integrity in order to create an atmosphere of justice and trust in their workplace. In this context, a model was developed that would be useful to the managers about the concepts mentioned. Through this model, it is aimed to give a holistic view to the key concepts and the relations between these concepts that should be taken care of by managers who play a key role in business life.
