Summary/Abstract: This study aims to identify the relationship between employee perceptions of organizational justice and organizational trust. A 9-items questionnaire except demographic questions was used to test the model. The survey was delivered to aviation sector employees in the Southeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey and a total of 447 completed questionnaires were used for analysis. The data obtained in the study were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 statistical software packages by using various statistical methods and testing techniques (frequency distribution, t-test, regression and correlation) for the purpose of research. It was found that there was a strong positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational trust. It has also been found that the latents were differs by some demographic variables of employees.
