Summary/Abstract: The research presented in this paper concerns the issue of relation between teacher’s behavior and students’ creative self-efficacy. The main hypothesis predicts that teacher’s creative (transformative) behavior indirectly influences the students’ creative self-efficacy. The mediating factors (mediators) in this relation are students’ intrinsic motivation and interpersonal relations present in a given class. The research was conducted on a sample of Polish high school students (N = 435) deploying different methods and analytical strategies (multiple mediation analysis, path analysis) confirmed previously formulated hypothesis. The results are discussed in the light of a possibility of translating them into pedagogical practice.
