Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the topic of school mediation. School mediation has been established in twenty-eight countries as a good teaching practice to deal with a particularly topical and very serious problem in schools - the aggressive behaviour of children and students. The article traces the stages of introduction and implementation of a mediation program at school.
