Summary/Abstract: The article examines a pedagogical practice, proved to be successful for dealing with conflict behaviour of children and students at school: the school mediation. The main types of child’s and students’ conflict behaviour at school have been tracked. The article presents the stages through which the school mediation is going through, based on the example of school mediation that has been introduced in schools in the region of Sliven.
