Summary/Abstract: The EU-Georgia Association Agreement contains Georgia’s commitments to gradual approximation of the Georgian legislation to the EU’s legislation. Entry into force of provisions on the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area is directly connected with the fulfilment of the approximation requirement. The present contribution explores the content of obligations to approximate legislation deriving from the association agreement and examines the scope of these obligations.
