Summary/Abstract: There are various practical experiences in the world "to take archival material in modern media. These, as a rule, do not depend on the media themselves as much as from the pre-preparation of machine-readable material by the mouthpiece and the ability to incorporate electronic documents into electronic archival systems. The possibilities offered by modern communication infrastructure are confirmed by the above thesis. The finding is especially true for data transactions in the same time dimension. The great problem is the takeover of modern media and electronic documents, when, for any reason, they were not consistently carried out all the projects on the side of the creator of such archival material. Problems often begin with hardware-level compatibility, especially for older systems, and are continued through compatibility at the level of operating systems and application software. The largest archival problem occurs at the data level when downloading, since many contextual relationships are often not established, and such records rarely serve the purpose of electronic documents in archives. But this is a socially important activity, but positive legislation in the field of electronic commerce is proven by us.
