Summary/Abstract: The article underline some diachronically cornerstones in the plethoric phenomena of the noetic crystallizations of the offence of abuse as a „polyhedral” crime, very protean in hypostasis and content. In fact, is an essay of a juridical anthropology which attempts to underline the fact as every „value criteria” established for these very ancient, „biblical” offence, denaturizes its substance in a radical manner, with the indirect effect of decriminalization, annulling its ontological principle. As you cannot only „a little” kill, you cannot „a little” abuse…
