Summary/Abstract: Generally the author is skeptical of paradigmatic methods in social, legal, philosophical and even natural science education. He believes that the lecturer is a sovereign in quantitative and qualitative assessment of the means of romanistic knowledge and has the absolute right to apply a particular method or to create something new through his talent, time, work capacity and the requirements of his workplace. This article is an illustration of how to act in the field of the epistemology of Roman law.
