Summary/Abstract: “The rules governing the languages of the institutions of the Union shall, without prejudice to the provisions contained in the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union, be determined by the Council, acting unanimously by means of regulations.” (The Lisbon Treaty, Article 342). By the way, there is, at the same time, by the force of the customary judicial law, a language, the French language, which serves as ”laboring common language”..., a “langue de travail et du travail”... a “co-operative language of the common-sense meaning”... Is this language the Moliere´s or Voltaire´s one? – The answer is definitely no... It is the “Court’s language”, only, often defined as a very mysterious language, like a judicial Esperanto, for instance ...
